At Curvkatha, we understand that sometimes plans change. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of their order only before the order has been shipped.

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will fall under our Return & Exchange Policy.

How to Cancel an Order

To request an order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Your Order ID
  • Registered phone number or email address

Our team will confirm whether your order is eligible for cancellation.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before shipment:

  • A full refund will be processed
  • Refunds are usually initiated within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be refunded to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • No refund is applicable if payment has not been made
  • In some cases, repeated fake or refused COD orders may lead to COD restrictions on future purchases

Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

Orders cannot be cancelled in the following situations:

  • The order has already been shipped
  • The order is out for delivery
  • The order has already been delivered
  • Customized or altered products have already entered production

Failed or Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses to accept a prepaid or COD order without a valid reason, Curvkatha reserves the right to:

  • Restrict future Cash on Delivery orders
  • Deny future purchases in case of repeated misuse

Delayed Cancellation Requests

Curvkatha is not responsible if cancellation requests are made after the order has already been processed or shipped.
