Simply browse your favorite styles, select your size, and click on “Add to Cart.” Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout and complete your payment.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) on selected PIN codes

3. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, COD is available on selected PIN codes across India.

Additional COD charges may apply.

4. Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. Once your order is placed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

5. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are usually delivered within:

  • 3–5 business days for metro cities
  • 5–8 business days for other locations

Delivery timelines may vary during sales, festive periods, or due to courier delays.

6. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking link via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

7. Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping may be available on selected orders or promotional campaigns.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

8. What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer returns and exchanges within 48 hours of receiving the product.

The product must be:

  • Unused
  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition with tags intact

9. How do I request a return or exchange?

  • Reason for return/exchange

10. When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product passes quality inspection.

11. Can I return sale items?

Sale, discounted, or clearance items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

12. How do I choose the right size?

Cancellation & Modifications

16. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
