How To Measure Yourself

For the most accurate fit, use a measuring tape and measure yourself comfortably, not too tight and not too loose.

Bust

Measure around the fullest part of your bust while keeping the tape level.

Waist

Measure around the narrowest part of your waist or the area where your outfit naturally sits.

Hips

Measure around the fullest part of your hips and lower body.

Return & Exchange Window

Customers may request a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be unused and unworn
• All original tags must be intact
• The product must be unwashed and undamaged
• The item should be returned in its original packaging
• The product must not have any stains, perfume smell, makeup marks, or signs of use

Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Products purchased during clearance or sale events
• Customized or altered products
• Accessories (if applicable)
• Gift cards (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

• A damaged product
• A defective item
• An incorrect product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
• Unboxing Video (compulsory)

Our team will review the issue and assist you with the resolution.

Exchange Process

Once your exchange request is approved:

• Reverse pickup will be arranged where service is available
• After the product passes quality inspection, the exchanged item will be shipped

Exchange is subject to product availability.

If the requested size or product is unavailable, store credit may be issued.

Return & Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and passes quality inspection:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Reverse Pickup Availability

Reverse pickup services may not be available in some PIN codes. In such cases, customers may be requested to self-ship the product to our return address.

Reasonable shipping charges may be reimbursed upon approval.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and will fall under the return/exchange policy.
